You are invited to attend the Victoria-Indonesia Leadership Program (VILP), Information session, ‘Financial Services in Melbourne and Jakarta’, hosted by Professor Edward Buckingham from Monash Business School.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to do your job in another country where the ‘rules of the game’ are different? The Victoria-Indonesia Leadership Program offers financial services to executives from Melbourne and Jakarta the opportunity to experience their industry in new institutional contexts.
Participants from Australia and Indonesia, will hone their leadership and consulting skills in partnerships working together on research projects that offer experiential knowledge.
Unlike classroom-based executive education programs, VILP fieldwork will generate discoveries and findings that will alter perceptions of the industry and provide strategically significant insights.
This program will be valuable to those who want to refresh the way they think about the financial services sector, want to enrich their professional networks and are interested in building financial services relationships between Australia and Indonesia.
At our Information session, the VILP Program Director, Professor Edward Buckingham, will introduce the financial services program, detail the theory behind the curriculum, describe the learning outcomes and how to apply.
